Deleting your NeverLeaves account

Last updated 22 August 2026

NeverLeaves has no email address or password for you, so there is nothing to log into here. Your account lives on your phone, and the fastest and most certain way to delete it is from the app itself.

From the app

Open NeverLeaves → the You tab → Delete my account, and confirm. It happens immediately.

By email

If you have already uninstalled the app, email dj@soltis.info from any address and say you want your account deleted. If you still have your character's name, include it — without the app, that is the only way to find which account was yours. Requests are actioned within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your character stops being yours, stops being playable, and dissolves.

What is not deleted, and why

NeverLeaves is one shared world, and a few things your character did happened to somebody else — a duel fought, an accusation made, a bargain struck with a character another player also knows. Those records survive, and they can still name the character you made. One player leaving does not get to edit what other players remember; a world whose history can be rewritten by whoever leaves first is not a shared world.

Anything you did alone is deleted with the rest: arriving, levelling, exploring, killing a monster. Those were never anybody else's memory.

If you would rather your character's name did not remain in the world's history at all, say so in your email and it will be removed by hand.

Google and RevenueCat keep their own records of any purchase, for as long as tax and payment rules require. Deleting your NeverLeaves account does not and cannot delete those; see their policies, linked from the privacy policy.

This cannot be undone

There is no way to recover an account after it is deleted. There is no password to reset and no email address to prove it was yours.
